Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for inventory and stocking kitchen and office supplies
  • Office, kitchen, and conference room management, including general upkeep, organization, and arranging room set-ups before and after events/meetings
  • Collaborate on and manage various facility projects across office locations
  • Oversee the preparation of new hires’ cubicles and office spaces
  • Move furniture and adjust workstations as needed, including relocating current employees to different spaces in the office
  • Communicate with and manage facilities-related vendor relationships, such as HVAC, plumbing, building maintenance, and appliances
  • Assist with KSM’s security efforts, including the fob access system, video surveillance, and office safety protocols
  • Local courier duties – bank, post office, clients, and as requested
  • Operate as a backup for KSM’s production team, including printing, scanning, and mailing client and firm materials
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift priorities quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office and the ability to operate general office equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds preferred
  • Availability for occasional travel to KSM offices outside of Indianapolis (Fort Wayne)
