- Performing administrative filing of Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocols and supporting IACUC Chairs on assigned duties associated with the Envigo Global Services (EGSI) sites: Alice, TX; Cumberland, VA; Denver, PA and Greenfield, IN
- Providing administrative support and regulatory documents during external audits
- Preparing IACUC meeting agendas and minutes under the guidance of the IACUC Chairs
- Overseeing and supporting the workflow of the IACUC protocol review process
- Communicating with investigators of IACUC protocols and reviewing protocols for administrative details
- Working with the Chair of the IACUCs on assigning protocol review and communicating with investigators
- Preparing and maintaining IACUC semi-annual program review and facility inspection reports, IACUC facility inspection assignments and IACUC committee SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) review assignments
- Communicating with site managers regarding IACUC findings and following up on corrective actions
- Organizing IACUC training and maintaining training records including AALAS Learning Library assignments
- Maintaining regulatory reports and documents to support site activities
- Assisting with the management of Envigo controlled documents (SOPs, Work Instructions, Policies, etc.)
- Managing travel administrative duties as required
- Providing administrative support for maintaining accreditation with AAALAC (Association for the Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International)
- Assisting in managing calendars and communications
- Other tasks as required
- Minimum of HS Diploma
