ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The intern will help drive a few key initiatives within the Global Curriculum & Content team on Global Enablement. They'll work as part of a cross-functional team, working collaboratively with project teams, end-users, and other leads across the organization to identify and action team and learner needs.

Specifically, they will:

  • Participate in iterative learning design and development process with agile teams
  • Capture characteristics of learner personas through interviews with our audiences
  • Lead a project to grow the discipline of learning design at Salesforce

The ideal candidate will be someone who is a collaborative team player, organized, solid communicator, and can prioritize in ambiguous environments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design / Technology, Human Resources, or User Experience / Front-End Web Development.
  • Experience translating complex concepts into an easy to understand and digestible format
  • Passion for thinking creatively about digital experiences and visualizing concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fun, creative, and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
